Return Policy

All swimwear sales are final. If there are any issues with size or style you have 7 days from your delivery date to exchange your swimsuit. All hygienic liners must be attached and in their original place. Any hygienic liners that are removed, replaced, tampered with or reattached will not be accepted due to health regulations. Any traces of possible wear including body lotions, tanning lotion and/or oils, perfumes or smoke will not be accepted. Items that are damaged or found worn will not be accepted to exchange and will be shipped back at customer’s expense. To make an exchange please via email indicate all of our shipping and order information as well as what items you are sending back to exchange and what items and sizes you would like to exchange it for. If there is a difference in price on the items exchanged we will charge the difference. Isabela Royale does not reimburse return shipping costs and are not responsible for lost packages so please insure the package before sending them back to us.
